Capital Group wins apprenticeship funding for 16-18 year olds

Capital Group is pleased to announce that it has won funding for young apprentices aged 16-18 for this year and next. We can provide free training for apprentices in this age group in the Gas Distribution Industry or in Plumbing or General Construction. Eligible employers may also be able to claim Construction Skills grants. Capital Group will manage the whole process for the employer and the learner.
This is a very cost-effective and high value model for both employer and learner alike. The emloyer will gain a fully qualified employee at the end of their apprenticeship period and the learner can earn money whilst receiving first rate training which will give them excellent career prospects.
Capital Group, already an experienced provider of Train to Gain courses for those over 19 is delighted now to be able to offer this extra service.
